 Processing Time: All handmade items are made to order. Please allow 2 business days for processing before shipment.

 Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delivery Times (after processing):

Domestic (U.S.): 7 business days

International: 21 business days (may vary due to customs)

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping

Due to Individual handmade nature of our products, we cannot offer expedited shipping at this time.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak holiday seasons (November, January), processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for your patience and support!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, here's how we can help:

 Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

Exchanges: Available for sizing or style issues. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

 Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
